Today is my brother's 24th birthday! Wow! Time is flying.
I have a lot to update so I hope I can remember the past 24+ hours. I am writing this from my phone so this may annoy me.

Yesterday, I took Robert to see his original neurologist. He was very unhappy with his partners decision to take him off of depakote. He kinda raised his voice. Yikes. Its not our fault mister. Anyway, he tells him to start taking the depakote again. We also scheduled to have blood work done today. We wanted other stuff checked out to see if anything shows up.

So, I fell asleep wrting this last night. Let me try this again.

I decided last minute to go out of town with my family to Mississippi for a wedding yesterday. I had taken the time off to but with everything going on with Robert I almost changed my mind. I know he is in good hands with his Mom. :-)
Yesterday wasn't such a good day for Robert. It started the night before he didn't get any better. I called the neurologist and of course they had to take a message and get back with me. I called early enough to get things figured out because I knew on Fridays they close early and then the weekend would be here and we wouldn't have anyone to call. We're tired of going to the E.R. and being sent home. Noon comes and I haven't heard from the doc. I call them and they need to call me back. I am pretty frustrated by now. About an hour later the doc himself calls me and tells me he is ordering Robert the dye test mri. This is a good thing. We've been wanting this test. This one will go more in depth with the brain to see the tissues and catch any infections or such. Doc also says he is getting paperwork together to admit Robert Monday night. Its about time doc! He assured me that he is on call this weekend so he is here for Robert if needed. He tells me that he can stop taking the depakote meds. I am nervous wreck because I'm out of town and trying to take care of Robert while on the road. But you know, I can get stuff done. About 5:30 last night he went for the dye test. They tell him they will fax the info to the doc that night and he will hopedully hear something tomorrow. We don't have any news right now. Hopefully the rule no news = good news. I think his night was better last night.
My family is getting ready for the wedding and we need to head out soon. I hope to update soon. Please keep praying for my love, Robert.
