I'm not Julia Childs...

So, I made Chicken Parmigiana tonight.  This was my first time to do this.  My cooking skills are boring.  It's really not hard to follow directions.  I never really had to cook when I was younger and didn't try to learn. Being married has opened things to an all new level.  Robert is a much better cook than I am.  I am still learning. I haven't masterd on how much to cook.  I cook for an army.  But, on the cheaper note, I will be eating this all week for lunch! LoL
We attempted Wally World this afternoon.  I wanted to get a few things to have on hand for meals this week.  It's much easier to have that out of the way on my day off than to rush after work to get it.

Yeah, I put way too much noodles on my plate.

Tomorrow should be interesting.  I am taking Robert to work in the morning on my way to work and picking him up after work.  Pray for him.  I hope he can make it through the day. 

I am happy that this is a short week for me.  Just 3 days of work. WHOOHOO!
