I can't believe it's been 6 months since I blogged! Oops. The Coopers have been very busy. I will try to recap the last 6 months.
August- Mom and Dad moved from Gautier, MS back to Texas and the newlyweds were living with my Mom and Dad. It really wasn't so bad. We went halves on the bills and dinner was ready most nights when Dad, Robert, and I returned home from work; courtesy of Mom. She's the best. Robert and I thought we had more time to shop for a house but we soon learned that we needed our own place. The government was helping 1st time homebuyers with a $8,000 tax credit so that was very appealing. The house shopping began...
September- Ryan came home from Mississippi State University with a buddy, Ben for Fall Break. It was good to hang with him since I hadn't seen him since I got married. I think that was the last time.
October-We found a house!!! The process was nerve-wrecking! We moved in the 17th. Ryan decided he wanted to moved back home from MSU. He wasn't happy and wanted to come home. He will finish college at the Unversity of Houston.

The Coopers Place!
November-I celebrated my 28th Birthday! Ugh. The numbers are getting higher, but I don't feel like I am almost 30. We are enjoying our new home. I went a month without a washer/dryer and that was horrible. A co-worker offered to sell their set to use for a good deal. It seems to be working great. I was never so excited to do laundry the weekend we got the set. Haha. Thanksgiving was spent at my parents for lunch and Robert's Moms for dinner.
December 09-Mom, Beth Giggey, saw The Nutcracker. It was Mom's and mine first time to see it. I Loved it! I hope to see it again. We noted that we will dress up more formal next time. We had such a great time. Christmas was good. We spent Christmas morning with my parents and Christmas night with Robert's parents. Honestly, we were both not in the Christmas spirit this year. We are having to budget things with the new house and we felt like we were jipping people with our gifts. I told Robert that I am starting early shopping next year so that doesn't happen again. But, it was a joy to see Robert's nephews excited to open their gifts. And, I know Christmas isn't about presents-Jesus is the Reason for the Season. I hope that Christmas 2010 will be better. We had snow the first week of December! First time in years since this has happened in Southeast Texas.

January 2010- Happy New Year!! We spent our New Year at Robert's Moms. Playing with the nephews is always so much fun. I have to work on New Years Day so I didn't want to be too far from home. I wish I had holidays off other than Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Robert has been really sick since the 2nd week of Jan. We've been to the E.R. and back and forth to doctors. We will be back at the doctor tomorrow (Jan. 25) to see if we can get answers. Luckily, his job is paying his days off since he's out of sick days. I am praying for him all the time to heal. I will try to blog for updates. I totally forgot about blogging.
Well, today is Sunday. Football games will be on. Its almost time for the Superbowl. It's between, Jets vs. Colts and Vikings vs. Saints. I would like to see the Saints win. Not sure why. Just do. I have got to grocery shop! We are down to nothing almost. And, I hope to get some cleaning done. I guess I have a busy day planned.
I know I have missed a lot that went on in the past months...I don't feel like writing a book. :-)
Here are a few other photos from the past 6 months...
